It's entirely up to you whether we speak via video call, telephone, WhatsApp, in person in my studio, or at your home or work (might also be possible outside of Munich).

Our years of experience with customers in the fine jewelry industry and the intensive
communication and exchange have shown that most of the times the piece of jewelry meets or even exceeds expectations. If this is not the case, we will find a solution together.
Since in our industry it is often a gift or engagement ring, discretion is our top priority. If your order is sent, the sender is not visible from the outside. You also have the option of picking up the piece of jewelry or having it sent to an address of your choice (e.g. the office).
Since the production of high-quality jewelry is very important to us, we generally only work with 750 gold or 950 platinum.
The delivery time is approximately 3-4 working weeks after receipt of payment. Express deliveries can be arranged individually.
We can send your jewelry to most countries and would be happy to discuss this with you individually.
